1. Execution and follow Dept’s KPI tightly, meet customer requested delivery date.
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行和跟蹤部門(mén)的KPI,達(dá)到客戶(hù)要求的交付日期。
2. Key role in manufacturing operations, Interface with Demand planning and factory; Such as: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all of the activities throughout the manufacturing process.
在生產(chǎn)制造、與需求計(jì)劃和工廠(chǎng)的銜接中起關(guān)鍵作用; 包括:計(jì)劃、安排和協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的所有活動(dòng)。
3. Optimize the plan and schedule to avoid overstock or shortage. Fully check the production planning/schedule every week and update accordingly. Issue the W/O in system in advance and provide pick up materials list to material picker for preparing the materials.
優(yōu)化計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度,避免庫(kù)存過(guò)剩或缺貨。每周檢查計(jì)劃/進(jìn)度并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)更新。 在系統(tǒng)發(fā)行工單并提供物料清單給物料員準(zhǔn)備物料。
4. Work closely with staff in production, quality control, customer service, PMC to assure that production schedules can be met and that the finished products are meeting customer requirement.
在生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量控制、客戶(hù)服務(wù)、物料計(jì)劃方面與員工密切合作,確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃得到滿(mǎn)足,成品符合客戶(hù)要求。
5. Review the capacity and raise up with proposal to supervisor & manager when the capacity cannot meet shipment demands.
當(dāng)產(chǎn)能不能滿(mǎn)足運(yùn)輸需求時(shí),重新審核產(chǎn)能并向上級(jí)提出合理化建議。
6. Weekly production update and statistics, analysis and forecast the future production plan.
每周對(duì)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行更新和統(tǒng)計(jì),對(duì)未來(lái)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)測(cè)。
7. Follow up the incoming materials inspect status in time to ensure meet the production plan. According quality department’s result to deal with the defective materials in time.
及時(shí)跟進(jìn)物料檢驗(yàn)情況以確保滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。根據(jù)品質(zhì)的判定結(jié)果及時(shí)處理不良的物料。
8. All the duties as assigned by superior and management。

任職要求
1. Language: Fluent on reading, writing English.
語(yǔ)言要求:英文讀寫(xiě)流利
2. College degree or above
大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷
3. 5 years or above experience in manufacturing planning position.
5 年以上制造計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. Basic knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft office software.
個(gè)人電腦和微軟辦公軟件的基本知識(shí)。
5. Well-organized and cooperated, proactive, patience, courage to accept challenges, obey the work arrangements.
良好的組織與合作能力、積極主動(dòng)、有耐心、勇于接受挑戰(zhàn),服從工作安排。
