？ Assist production manager to lead the team establish standard production processes and approve work instructions;
協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理帶領(lǐng)團隊建立標準生產(chǎn)流程及作業(yè)指導書的批準；
？ Assist production manager to handle for production management (batch number, serial number and track information);
協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理對生產(chǎn)文件資料管理負責（批號、產(chǎn)品序號及追蹤信息）；
？ Responsible for production equipments and automation equipments application, maintenance and repair & maintenance;
生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及自動化設(shè)備的應(yīng)用、維護和保養(yǎng)及維修；
？ Supervise and control of the entire production process in the production process;
負責監(jiān)管指導整個生產(chǎn)流程中的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝；
？ Responsible for on-site production of unreasonable operations to prevent and correct.
負責現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)不合理作業(yè)的預(yù)防和糾正。
？ Assist to conduct the production induction training and security training.
負責員工入職培訓和組織安全生產(chǎn)培訓
？ Assist to indicate for the new products assembling and testing;

？ Responsible for EHS program roll out
負責環(huán)境健康與安全政策的施行
？ Acting as the role of production manager in case of any absent of production manager to make sure smooth production in workshop.
當生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理缺席時，擔任生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的角色以保證車間生產(chǎn)能保持順利開展。
？ Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department manager.

任職要求
任職要求：
1、工業(yè)工程或理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學歷。
2、受過生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理、工藝流程等方面的培訓優(yōu)先。
3、1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
4、熟練使用辦公軟件及CAD、PHOTOSHOP等制圖軟件。
5、認真負責、敬業(yè)，學習能力強；有較強的責任心，較強的團隊合作精神。
6、英語聽說讀寫良好。
